He manages and leads complex multi-product client engagements in the field of customer data platform, customer analytics, retail analytics, restaurant analytics and experience personalization. He comes with 16 years of solutions consulting in customer analytics, digital marketing and data-driven marketing operations across multiple domains like banking, insurance, retail and e-commerce.
